A challenging task
- Leading a team of 5 in the area of application management, developing team members, defining tasks and setting targets to increase performance and motivation.
- Responsibility for smooth operation and further development of core applications such as SAP, CRM and HRM.
- Optimizing existing processes, implementing methodical standards and ensuring a close exchange with the specialist departments for efficient collaboration.
- Coordinating and managing external service providers and taking on the responsibility for 2nd level support for the supported applications.
- - Helping to shape the company's IT strategy and successfully implementing it together with the team.
- Ensuring high availability and performance of applications, including proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Identifying and assessing risks associated with the applications and IT infrastructure; developing and implementing risk mitigation measures.

Ensuring that all applications comply with the relevant legal requirements and security standards.
A convincing background
- More than 5 years' experience in application management, initial leadership experience would be advantageous.
- Extensive experience in IT operations, especially with SAP and Microsoft solutions such as CRM, O365 and Power Platform.
- Completed vocational training in IT or comparable qualification (a university degree in the area of IT would be desirable).
- Very good English and good German language skills for effective communication in an international and local context.
- Willingness to travel to the Cyprus and Hyderabad locations on a project-related basis.
- Ability to keep a calm head and sense of humor even in hectic times.
