In this role, your primary responsibility will encompass the comprehensive management of pharmaceuticals across their entire lifecycle. This multifaceted role entails the coordination of product launch activities, the maintenance of a dependable supply chain, the formulation and execution of robust tender strategies and an active participation in tender processes as well as the pivotal role of serving as the central liaison for our international partners.

A challenging task

  • Tendering: you take ownership of driving the success of your products through the development of robust tender strategies. You'll also be responsible for operational planning and execution, including the preparation of tender offers as well as coordination of pricing and quantities with suppliers.
  • Product Launch: you ensure seamless and timely execution of launch tasks, not just for yourself but also in collaboration with your colleagues.
  • Supply Chain: you maintain a steady flow of supply by keeping a watchful eye on sales figures and inventory levels. Your insights will drive quantity planning and forecasting, allowing you to expertly manage orders and coordinate deliveries.
  • International Partner: you work closely with our international distribution partners to synchronize activities and serving as the central point of contact for your products.

A convincing background

  • You’ve got professional experience in tender management and the supply of pharmaceuticals.
  • You’ve successfully completed your studies in Business Administration, Health Management, or a comparable field.
  • You’re familiar with the basic obligations of a pharmaceutical company and regulations related to the storage and distribution of pharmaceuticals.
  • You thrive on tackling new challenges and aren't afraid to explore innovative solutions.
  • You enjoy crafting new strategies and are known for your reliability, independence, and a practical, hands-on mindset.
  • You maintain your composure even when things get hectic, and you've got a healthy sense of humor.
  • Your strong communication skills make you a great fit for a role that involves interacting with a diverse range of people.
  • You’re fluent in English and have a foundational understanding of the German language.
