A challenging task

  • Supporting various departments with data and database maintenance.
  • Assuming various organisational tasks and general office activities: such as copying, scanning, binding brochures, carrying out various print jobs, processing documents, filing, etc.
  • Support with our stocktaking as well as with the preparation and follow-up of trade fairs.

A convincing background

  • You are used to working independently and reliably and may have already proven this in a completed apprenticeship or internship.
  • You work in a structured manner and can organise your tasks well.
  • You are confident in using MS Office programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • You have an open personality and can adapt well to different contacts.
  • You would like to work weekdays during regular office hours.
