We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated team member (full- or part-time)  in Contract Controlling for the next 2 years who will enrich our team with precision, team spirit and good commercial knowledge. A challenging task

  • System-side commercial processing of license and cooperation agreements
  • Coordinating and ensuring the timely invoicing of services rendered, as well as determining issues relevant to restitution
  • Entering purchase and sales orders in the ERP system
  • Creating various reports (e.g. sales and cost statements) for our development projects
  • Communicating with business partners at home and abroad as well as with internal specialist departments

A convincing background

  • Successfully completed commercial training, alternatively successfully completed business studies
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Initial experience with an ERP system, Navision would be an advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented way of working
  • High reliability and sense of responsibility.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills,  enjoys working with people from different cultures and backgrounds
  • Openness to continuous improvement
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
