Your role:
Your mission? To ensure the supply capability of our Europe-wide distributed and multifaceted products through top quality! Take full responsibility for your role - from kick-off to peak performance of our products, your expertise in quality is absolutely required. Demonstrate your qualities by building bridges and overcoming silos to foster effective collaboration across all levels. Take responsibility and show initiative by acting as a driver for continuous improvement to ensure the availability of our pharmaceutical products across Europe.
A challenging task
- As Wholesale Representative and main point of contact for the authority: Ensure that we work closely with all relevant authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality. You are the bridge builder who ensures that everyone involved pulls together.
- Further development of the QA team: use your expertise to support younger QA employees and promote a culture of cooperation and mutual trust within the team. Develop individual strengths and enable each team member to take responsibility and contribute to the overall success.
- Responsible for maintaining and improving the internal quality system (§3 AMWHV): Take responsibility for implementing efficient and digital processes, and encourage your team to bring in new ideas and approaches to continuously improve quality and time.
- Ensure supply capability through GMP-compliant solutions: Act proactively and responsibly to develop pragmatic solutions to pharmaceutical and GMP-related challenges. Ensure teams collaborate effectively across departments to avoid bottlenecks.
- Coordinate, support and finalize QA activities: Work closely with internal and external partners to resolve quality related issues and actively engage in sharing information and knowledge to find efficient solutions.
- Conclude quality assurance agreements: Engage suppliers and manufacturers in quality standards and ensure that joint efforts are made to meet these standards.
- Conduct internal GMP training: Take responsibility for knowledge transfer within the team and promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Introduction of the quality management software “Qualio”: take the lead for the digitalization of quality management processes.
A convincing background
- You have a degree in pharmacy (according to § 15 para. 1, sentence 1 AMG) or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience as a quality manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
- You have pleasure, competence and ideally initial experience in the technical guidance of employees.
- You build bridges between different teams and departments and promote a culture of collaboration to achieve delivery capability while maintaining quality standards.
- You like to take responsibility and are not afraid to challenge the status quo in order to develop sustainable and long-term solutions.
- Excellent communication skills help you to work successfully with colleagues and our international partners.
- You are fluent in English and German.
- You keep calm even in hectic situations and have a healthy sense of humor.
- You love tackling new challenges and developing innovative solutions.
