As QA Manager, you are the first point of contact for our customers and partners for quality-relevant aspects throughout the entire product life cycle. In addition to ensuring the GMP-compliant manufacture and testing of medicinal products, you will be involved in changes and investigations to ensure the safety and quality of our products.

A challenging task

  • Responsible for the QA-side support of products
  • Evaluation of quality-relevant events (deviations, complaints, OOS results)
  • Participation in change processes (change control) for the supported products
  • Communication with suppliers and customers on QA-relevant issues
  • Advising internal stakeholders and interdisciplinary project teams on various QA topics
  • Collecting and evaluating key figures in the area of responsibility
  • Creation and review of quality assurance agreements with suppliers and customers

A convincing background

  • Degree in natural sciences or comparable qualification, ideally a pharmaceutical background
  • Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment (e.g. manufacturing, quality control or quality assurance)
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation and current national and international GMP regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills that support a solution-oriented mindset and enable good collaboration
  • Analytical thinking and a structured, process-oriented way of working
  • Ability to make balanced and feasible decisions to ensure the high quality of our products in a highly regulated environment
  • Business fluent in English, knowledge of German would be an advantage
