A challenging task

Maintenance of the PV quality management system, including preparation of SOPs and work instructions
ICSR Management
Timely fulfilment of regulatory reporting obligations and preparation of reports and assessments for authorities
Preparation and maintenance of pharmacovigilance-relevant documents
Signal Management
Processing of risk management plans
Risk assessment of PV related complaints
Processing of medical-scientific enquiries
Preparation and maintenance of PV agreements with third parties

A convincing background

You have successfully completed your medical or scientific studies
You have professional experience in the field of pharmacovigilance
You are used to work independently, have good time management skills, and enjoy complex tasks
With your strong communication skills and solution-oriented mindset, you master business contacts with people from different backgrounds and cultures with confidence
You have very good analytical skills, the highest demands on your work and even in hectic times you do not lose neither head nor humor
You are characterized by a high degree of commitment, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
Good knowledge of German and English as well as the confident use of MS-Office complete your profile
