To support our Legal Team, we are looking for a dedicated student who will assist our team with a variety of legal and organizational tasks. The range of responsibilities includes, in particular, contributing to the drafting and review of contracts, conducting legal research, and supporting activities in the area of compliance.

A challenging task

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and other legal documents
Conduct legal research, particularly in corporate and contract law
Support the preparation of legal opinions and presentations
Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems in line with compliance requirements
Support communication with external law firms and public authorities
Perform general administrative and organizational tasks to support the Legal Team

A convincing background

Currently enrolled in a law program with at least one year remaining until graduation
Strong interest in legal and business-related topics
Clear, open, and proactive communication skills
Enjoys working in an international and intercultural environment
Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented work approach with high standards of quality
Able to remain composed and positive even in busy periods
Excellent English skills and confident handling of MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
