As part of the Supply Chain department, you will work within a project team on international product launch projects. Your goal: to ensure that product launches are delivered on time and in full, meeting the requirements of our customers across global markets. You will take end-to-end responsibility from contributing to and making decisions in the early stages of product development to developing competitive cost concepts and establishing reliable supply chains. With your experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, you will drive successful project execution during the launch phase. In this key role, you will play a vital part in the successful development and market introduction of our products – helping to make them accessible to patients worldwide.

A challenging task

  • Active involvement in early project phases – from brand concept development to batch design and feasibility assessments with suppliers
  • Development of reliable and high-performing supply chains for new products, based on defined criteria and technical as well as regulatory requirements established early in the project
  • Review and optimization of competitive internal manufacturing costs and market analyses through the collection and evaluation of supplier quotations (RfQs)
  • Support of the licensing department in preparing cost calculations for customer proposals and contracts
  • Independent execution of price and contract negotiations with selected suppliers.
Project management during the launch phase, including planning and coordination of global product introductions
  • Knowledge sharing and collaboration with colleagues by providing practical support and expertise in projects
  • Responsibility for raw material and capacity planning in close cooperation with suppliers and customers
  • Contribution to process improvement and further development of working methods within the Launch department
  • Ensuring a seamless handover of projects to the established product team following successful launch planning and coordination
