Join our team: Help shape quality at a growing pharmaceutical company!
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our QA team and help us shape axunio’s next phase of growth. As an agile company, we distribute pharmaceutical products in Germany, the UK, and other European markets—with the goal of improving patients’ quality of life.
The position is a 2-year fixed-term contract to cover parental leave. At the same time, we are a growing company and open to what comes next.
For this role, we are looking for someone who understands quality as a contribution to patient safety—not as mere bureaucracy. You will ensure the quality and deliverability of our products distributed across Europe and take full responsibility for your tasks from start to finish. In doing so, you will work closely with various stakeholders, build bridges between teams, and actively drive continuous improvement.
There is also the option to additionally assume the role of Responsible Person for Wholesale (VPG) in accordance with Section 52a(2)(3) of the German Medicines Act (AMG).
A challenging task
- Further development of the quality system (Section 3 AMWHV): You are responsible for optimizing and digitizing internal QA processes and driving their efficient implementation.
- Ensuring quality and delivery capability: You develop GMP-compliant, practical solutions and ensure smooth collaboration between departments to prevent delivery bottlenecks.
- Coordination of QA issues: You handle and coordinate quality-related tasks with internal and external partners and ensure an effective flow of information.
- Quality Agreements: You negotiate and implement QA agreements with suppliers and ensure compliance.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: You conduct internal GMP training and promote the development of quality knowledge within the company.
- Digitalization: You will take the lead in the implementation and further development of the quality management software (Qualio).
- Optional – VPG Role: If interested, you will assume the role of Responsible Person for Wholesale (VPG) and serve as the point of contact for regulatory authorities and compliance matters. Training is available.
A convincing background

- Open to new solutions, digitalization, and process improvement
- Optional: Interest or experience in the VPG role
