As a Project Leader for New Projects, you'll be at the forefront of steering and guiding projects from concept through to successful global launch. A challenging task

  • Take Full Ownership: You will lead the entire development and approval process for innovative medicinal products, taking full responsibility for driving your projects from inception to successful global market launches. Always acting in the best interest of the company, you think long-term, striving for sustainable results while fostering a culture of accountability within your team. Your leadership in a matrix organization will ensure success through mastering the shortest timelines and the lowest possible budgets within the project scope.

A convincing background

  • Educational Background: You hold a degree in natural sciences (e.g., pharmacy, chemistry) with a solid understanding of economics, or a degree in economics with substantial experience in pharmaceutical processes. This combination allows you to bridge the gap between technical and business aspects, ensuring effective project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Preferably Project Management Expertise: You have proven experience in leading complex projects with a strong sense of ownership. Ideally, you hold certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or IPMA, demonstrating your expertise in project management methodologies and your ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Preferably Proven Leadership and Strategic Vision: You excel at leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, managing complex projects, and aligning goals with long-term company objectives to drive sustainable results. Your strategic mindset, coupled with strong analytical skills, ensures that you navigate challenges and seize opportunities effectively.
  • Effective Communication and Collaboration: With strong interpersonal skills, you promote collaboration, ensure alignment towards shared goals, and foster a positive, productive work environment.
