Do international collaboration, therapeutic innovations, cutting-edge technologies and building robust partnerships define your vision of success? If you are ready to take on responsibility, actively shape the future of our pipeline, bring innovation into the company and drive new developments, we’d love to meet you!

A challenging task

  • Identify and evaluate new generic and innovative pharmaceutical products - focusing on groundbreaking ideas that improve patient care through superior therapies or significantly reduce treatment costs.

  • Own the future of our pipeline by initiating new development projects, sponsoring them and guiding them from concept to market launch.

  • Leverage agile methods, modern technologies and artificial intelligence within our Raw Diamonds projects to rapidly test and validate pioneering concepts.

  • Forge strong partnerships with technology innovators, universities, thought leaders and start-ups to co-develop new products and continually expand our portfolio.

  • Act as a mentor: communicate a shared vision, inspire teams, foster innovation and solve challenges, always aiming for impactful results.

A convincing background

  • A completed degree in a scientific discipline - ideally pharmacy - and relevant professional experience in portfolio management & innovation within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proven use of forward-looking, innovative methods and targeted application of artificial intelligence.

  • A mindset that sees digital transformation as an opportunity, with a keen interest in exploring and developing new approaches in the digital age. A broad network in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.

  • Enjoy collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across different countries and cultures, and value international exchange.

  • A confident, enthusiastic personality with high integrity, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to inspire and engage others.

  • Strong analytical thinking, strategic vision and the capability to distill complex topics into clear, actionable insights.

  • Excellent English skills are required; additional languages are a plus.
