As a Operations Accounting Specialist, you are responsible for the operational execution of accounting processes along the supply chain, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely processing of all business transactions. You work closely with Supply Chain and Accounting, serving as a central interface. In doing so, you contribute significantly to transparency, compliance, and process reliability in day-to-day operations. In an international environment, you support the organization through your analytical skills, structured way of working, and solution-oriented collaboration.

A challenging task

  • Execution of all operational postings, from purchase and sales invoices to production orders
  • Preparation and processing of onward debits
  • Identification, analysis and preparation of refund-relevant facts
  • Clarification of complex accounting issues in close cooperation with internal departments
  • Ensuring the correct reflection of goods and supply chains within accounting processes
  • Support in the optimization and further development of accounting processes and standards
  • Handling of general administrative activities within the accounting environment
  • Participation in cross-functional projects and support of day-to-day operational activities

A convincing background

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Initial relevant professional experience in accounting or an operational finance function, ideally including VAT knowledge
  • Independent, structured and diligent working style with a strong solution-oriented mindset
  • High level of commitment, sense of responsibility and strong team spirit
  • Initial experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Navision is an advantage
  • Understanding of different goods and supply chains is desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and a precise, reliable working style, even under time pressure
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
