Do you want to own supply chains end-to-end and drive them forward with real conviction? Then you've come to the right place.

We're looking for someone who takes genuine ownership of the nio business - who doesn't wait to be asked, but proactively identifies what needs to happen and makes it happen. You bring high energy, a positive attitude, and the kind of can-do mindset that turns complexity into momentum.

nio Health GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of axunio Pharma GmbH and will gradually take over the distribution of generic products starting in 2026/2027, with a focus on tenders from health insurance companies in Germany, the UK, and other European markets. As we scale our portfolio and expand internationally, we need a central, clear owner for all launch and supply topics at nio - someone who ensures that nio's interests are represented every single day.

You will report directly to the Managing Director of nio Health GmbH.

A challenging task

Launch Coordination: You are the central driver ensuring that all launch-relevant tasks are completed on time. This includes supplier qualification, serialization onboarding, regulatory activities, BMR & BPR checks, QTAs, PVAs, LSAs as well as ABDATA submission, Rote Liste submission, and registration in the BfArM database. You keep all stakeholders on track and hold the overall launch timeline.

International Distribution Execution: You work closely with our international distribution partners to synchronize activities and serve as the central point of contact for nio supply topics across markets. As we execute new distribution deals and expand into further European countries, you ensure that internationalization runs smoothly- with clear ownership on the nio side.

Order Management: You place orders with suppliersand manage the full ordering process - including close alignment with the Tender Manager on the best order plan to guarantee short lead times and reliable supply.

Logistics & Transport Coordination: You organize transport from EU release sites to our external warehouse (SK Pharma) and coordinate supply to wholesalers, distributors, and exporters - ensuring smooth, timely delivery at every step of the chain.

Pricing & Market Registration: You calculate and communicate pricing to distributors and exporters, calculate official prices and upload them together with further product details in the German Lauer Taxe.

First Stocking & Invoicing: You coordinate initial stock piling (EBV) with wholesalers and manage invoicing to distributors and exporters.

Cross-functional Interface Management: You are the connective interface  between all parties involved in getting a product to market. Internally, you work closely with nio's Quality Assurance and Tender Management. Within the Tiefenbacher Group, you collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Technical Operations. And externally, you coordinate with logistics service providers and other partners. In all of these interactions, you represent nio's interests clearly - and ensure effective communication, timely decisions, adherence to agreed timelines, and smooth collaboration across all functions.

Digitalization & Process Development: You actively support the implementation and further development of SAP and contribute to building scalable, efficient processes also with the help of AI as nio grows.

A convincing background

  • Degree in Business Administration, Health Management, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field
  • Professional experience in pharmaceutical supply management or launch coordination
  • Familiarity with the regulatory framework governing pharmaceutical companies (GDP, AMG, Bfarm processes)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously - structured, reliable, and hands-on
  • High energy level and a genuinely positive approach to challenges - you see complexity as an opportunity, not a burden
  • Strong communication skills in German (mandatory) and English (mandatory)
  • Independent, proactive work style - you take ownership, responsibility and execution without being asked

Our mindset

The courage to embrace change, consistency in execution - that's our standard. We're looking for people who don't just carry on with the status quo, and actively work to improve things. You think in a structured way, take initiative, and find pragmatic solutions even in complex situations.

You communicate clearly and on an equal footing, view feedback as an opportunity for growth, and tackle even difficult conversations - with colleagues as well as with partners.
We're a growing company that doesn't inherit structures but actively builds them - and we expect you to help shape this process with curiosity, pragmatism, and a genuine desire to make a difference. We make a conscious effort to use AI to act faster and make better decisions.

An exciting environment

We are a growing company with a clear ambition - and on track to scale our revenue to €50–100 million. At nio, you won't be handed a ready-made structure; instead, you'll have a real opportunity to shape how we launch and supply products across Europe from the ground up. You'll take on a key role reporting directly to the Managing Director of nio Health GmbH, with short decision-making paths and real creative freedom.

This role matters. When nio's launch and supply topics are driven by someone with genuine ownership, everything moves faster - priorities become clearer, international expansion becomes more executable, and the business benefits from having a true advocate in day-to-day operations. Your contribution will be visible, and your work will make a difference. You can expect a dynamic, supportive environment that values initiative - as well as concrete opportunities for professional development within Tiefenbacher Group.
