We are looking for a well-versed AI Engineer to help us build the future of work through cutting-edge artificial intelligence. In this inaugural position, you’ll have the unique opportunity to design and implement transformative AI-driven solutions that create value for internal stakeholders and, ultimately, for our patients.You can expect support from our AI Projectmanager as well as from our Head of Global Digitalization & AI Team, training and guidance as you work on challenging tasks and expand your skills. A challenging task

  • AI Model Development: Design, build, and deploy machine learning (ML) and deep learning models tailored to business needs.
  • Data Processing: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for model training.
  • Algorithm Design: Develop algorithms for natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics.
  • System Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing software systems to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Model Optimization: Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Validation & Testing: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure model reliability and accuracy in production environments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and the AI Project Manager to align initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on AI advancements and incorporate innovative techniques into projects.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of processes, methodologies, and outcomes for team knowledge sharing.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of AI models.

A convincing background

  • A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions; experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and MLOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken); German is a plus but not mandatory.
