A challenging task
In this key position, you will assume strategic responsibility for marketing. You will also be responsible for establishing our previously non-existent sales activities with German doctors, opinion leaders (KOLs) and pharmacies from scratch. You will develop precise, effective concepts for our predominantly prescription product portfolio and actively shape the further development of our company.

- Development and implementation of targeted, non-dispersive marketing strategies for the German market - with a focus on our prescription product portfolio (RX)
- Conception and implementation of effective measures, congresses, symposia and training courses - both online and offline
- Analyzing market and competitive data and deriving targeted measures to position our products
- Helping to shape our internationalization by providing scalable marketing materials
- Establishing efficient, medically oriented sales structures with a focus on high-potential doctors and pharmacies
- Developing lean processes supported by KPIs to measure the success of marketing and sales activities
- Establishing best practices for the strategic and operational implementation of marketing campaigns
- Management, further development and empowerment of an interdisciplinary team
A convincing background
- A degree in economics, natural sciences or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing; sales experience is an advantage, but not a must
- A keen sense for medical content and the ability to translate this into target group-oriented marketing strategies for doctors, patients and sales teams
- Experience in product launches, ideally in the RX area
- A strategic understanding of digital marketing and the ability to ask the right questions for effective action
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills and proficiency with MS Office
- A high level of motivation to make a lasting difference to the lives of overlooked or inadequately cared for patients
- Strong communication skills, strategic-analytical thinking and a structured way of working
- Personal responsibility, initiative and a proactive approach to challenges - paired with the ability to empower your team to take responsibility and develop further
- Curiosity and courage to break new ground and inspire others to think big
- Enjoy helping out operationally in order to achieve goals together
