A task that makes you grow

During the practical terms of your studies, you’ll gain insights into the exciting journey of a pharmaceutical product – supported by helpful colleagues and well-versed experts. From the procurement of the active pharmaceutical ingredients, drug development, production planning, all the way to sales to B2B customers, you’ll be involved in coordinating and managing key processes.You’ll work closely with our international customers and manufacturers, and gain valuable insights into departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, Finance & Controlling, Marketing, Global Digitalization, and Office Management – enriching your knowledge and experience along the way.

A convincing background

  • High school diploma with good to very good grades, especially in Math and English
  • Strong interest in learning about business processes, particularly in an international and complex environment
  • identification with our purpose of improving patients’ lives worldwide, and a desire to actively support the realization of our purpose in the future
  • Strong sense of reliability and excellent organizational skills
  • High level of motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Enjoys engaging and working with people from different countries and cultures
  • High levels of English proficiency,  German language skills are a plus, but not required
  • Confident in using common MS Office applications
