A challenging task
- Develop, identify, and evaluate new generic and innovative business opportunities for pharmaceutical products
- Start new development projects in our organization and accompany our development projects as a sponsor until the project launch
- In-license pharmaceutical developments and starting codevelopment projects together with development partners and customers
- Out-license our portfolio to the global market
- Partake in the establishment of new concepts for the development, authorization and reimbursement process of innovative pharmaceuticals
- Selectively target and build strong relationships with cooperating partners around the world
- Pitch convincing business plans to the board in a clear and concise manner
A convincing background
- Successful completion of a post-secondary degree in the Sciences, preferably in Pharmacy
- Relevant work experience in the area Business Development & Innovation or in other areas within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong interest in Business Development as well as in identifying new opportunities within the digital age
- Having an extensive network within the pharmaceutical industry in regards to pharmaceutical developers and marketers would be a strong asset
- Enjoy working with an international group of external and internal stakeholders
- Must be a self-confident individual with a strong sense of enthusiasm and personal integrity
- Superior communications skills (verbal and written) and an outstanding ability to inspire others
- Use strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to excel at new challenges
- Must be able to speak fluent English, other languages are considered an asset
