As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing data and providing strategic recommendations to support our sales team and management. In this exciting position, you will be responsible for evaluating and preparing market, sales, and customer data, actively contributing to achieving our sales targets.

A challenging task

  • Monitoring, compiling, analysing data on various topics (i.e. market & sales data, data on customers, market trends, competitive analysis)
  • Making recommendations based on previously determined sales trends and sales potentials
  • Contributing to the development of sales budgets, performance, and objectives
  • Preparing accurate reports (in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI) using data from internal and external sources and present usable information and insights to team members and management
  • Providing  valuable insights to Director and sales team
  • Gather and analyse data in order to understand problems and address them proactively

A convincing background

  • Completed university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a Sales/Price/Market/Business Analyst
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, research, projection, and budget forecasting
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies with a strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) as well as PowerBI, knowledge of Navision and Dynamics is an advantage
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPQ, and SAP Enterprise Contract Management for process optimization, data integration, and sales support is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM tools for customer data analysis, market trend monitoring, and optimization of sales strategies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle complex tasks in a critical, solution-oriented, and independent manner, while working effectively in interdisciplinary teams
  • High level of initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong “can-do” attitude
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and set priorities effectively
  • Fluent English skills (spoken and written), German language skills are an advantage
